خلاصه مقاله:
The electric power import capability of the San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) as part of the California simultaneous power transfer capability is presently stability limited and there is a great need to maximize the efficient use of the existing transmission interconnections. Stability studies to identify the transfer limitations exhibit multiple modes of oscillation which are difficult to evaluate with existing analytic tools. The objective of this paper is to present a computer technique to effectively determine the frequency and the damping associated with each mode of oscillation.
