This paper is about Designing, Calculation and procedure of preparation of a PC based, user friendly and highly interactive software named "CCCAD", to determine the heat balance of a Combined Cycle Power plant. The method of Calcuation is based on modular and necessary data of equipment has been get from manufacturer and existed power stations. The software has been used for power stationes, which has been already installed, & the out put of program matched with the original one.
