 خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper a new algorithm is proposed and applied for power system observability. This method is a practical was of testing the observability of power systems for a known measurement set using network topology or Critical-Tree method. In this new method, which we called ROW-COLUMN-DIAGONAL (RCD) method, the electric power network is transformed to a useful graphical plane and then observabilit, study is applied. The method is implemented on 6 alld 14 Ws UVE test networks. The results are compared with Critical-Tree method.
