The case of oldness of equipments and thier reliabilities of electric systems are one of the most important problems that in recent years discuss in external and internal canferences .
In this paper the causes of premature degenerated and oldness of the electric equipments of fourteen old M.V substations in Mazandaran are imvestigated with attention to maintenance and their statistic of incidents . With theoric and experimental investigations of each of above said causes , it is obvious that with suitable and imitiative methods it is possible to modificate them completely
