This paper propose a new approach for transient stability analysis. This approach using simulation and PEBS's Athay methods [1] and for this reason is called "Complex Transient Stability"approach.The reliability of this approach in more than all methods that using controlling unstable equilibrium point and don t depend to operating point because don t use any converging methods [2,3]. Simulation results that compare M, with PEBS's Athay. Approach are presented for a 4 machines system. The results shows the efficiency of this approach.
