Effectiveness Resiliency on Marital Satisfaction of Couples

The aim of this study was review of researches related to the issue of resiliency and marital satisfaction. The studies in this field show that increasing in psychological resiliency may develop marital satisfaction. Life satisfaction is a reflex of person's dreams and his/her current situation. In another word when the gap of person's dreams and objective situation of him enlarge, his satisfaction will decrease. Hence life satisfaction may increase or decrease significantly and determination of effective factors on life satisfaction help to grow it. A glance survey of the important factors affected by resiliency approves success function of family members in thinking, mood and behavior that lead to meaningful activities and relationships, abilities of coping with changes, and encounter with distress. According the theoretical basics and previous researches it is a crucial need to discovering and developing proper methods by specialists to extent resiliency whereas it can be stated that resiliency of mates enhance marital satisfaction .
