A Sociolinguistic Study on Ethnographies

Sociolinguistics is one of the main categories of linguistics that investigates the effect of all aspects of society including cultural norms, expectation, and context on the way language is used, and also studies how language varieties differ between groups separated by certain social variables, e.g. ethnicity, religion, gender, level of education, age ,etc. This research aims to deal with the ethnographies in a holistic manner to focus on distinct, unfamiliar and exotic cultures in faraway places. This research is a qualitative descriptive on the ethnography through social participation and personal observation within the community. It is based on the study of behavior in naturally occurring setting. The research finding can enable the researcher to interpret and build theories about how and why a social process occurs.
