The quality of Websites providing telemedicine services and E-health surveys using fuzzy algorithm

Nowadays, rapid and increasing expansion of medical system and E-health and providing health services through websites and electronic portals has caused the identification and assessing vital success factors to be deemed necessary in telemedicine portals and websites. There are several levels and indices to measure vital success factors in sites providing telemedicine services, in this study; we use fuzzy logic in order to evaluate them. In this paper, the hierarchical analytic process of fuzzy logic has been used in addition to measurement and analysis of vital and effective factors in telemedicine success to evaluate them. The results of this study can be helpful for leaders and activists in the field of health in taking appropriate strategies and removing present barriers.
