A review on commercial activated carbons and low -cost adsorbents for removal of acid dyes

in comparison to the removal methods o f dyes it has been well established that adsorption is the most convenient and effective technique to remove dyes from wastewater it is considered that one of the major challenges in adsorption using activated carbon is its cost effectiveness . so , recently many studies focuses on utilizing natural materials as alternatives to activated carbon this work presents the literature survey results of acid dyes removal by commercial activated carbons and low cost adsorbents LCA.
