Background: Due to the increase of long-term abuse of anabolic steroids, lead to increased concern for harmful effects. The main concern is for those of anabolic androgenic steroids-use, on their effects on the kidneys, heart, liver, endocrine, reproductive and mental state (Hoffman et al., 2006). The use of anabolic steroids and especially anabolic steroids 17 - alpha, in large quantities by male athletes, bodybuilders and adolescents are exploited (Yesalis et al., 1993). The aim of this study was to examine the adrenal glands in response to endurance training and the boldenone supplements male Wistar rats. Methods: 33 male Wistar rats aged 12 weeks and weighing 94/7 ± 195 g were randomly divided into seven groups group 1:) control group( without exercise +placebo injection (7 = n), GroupI 2: (Sham) without exercise infused olive oil (5 = n), group3: without exercise + boldenone infusion of 5 mg per kg body weight (7 = n), Group 4: endurance training + placebo injection (7 = n), Group 5: endurance training + Boldenone infusion of 5 mg per kg body weight (7 = n). Prescribing and drug injected with two doses once a week. Endurance training program that includes the use of a treadmill for 6 weeks and 5 days per week. The study of sampling of the adrenal gland of mice for the study was performed with an optical microscope. Statistical analysis of data using descriptive statistics normal distribution Kolmogorov-Smirnov test data and to evaluate differences between groups, ANOVA was used (P < 0.05).Results: The results showed that endurance training and Boldenone supplements cause a significant difference in the amount of damage glomerulosa Zona (0.000), fasciulata Zona (0.000), reticular Zona (0.000) and Central (0.000) among groups were studied. Conclusion: In summary, the main finding of this study was that endurance exercise with boldenone effects on structural changes in the adrenal gland. Different areas of the gland differently to fit a workout and supplements boldenone respond. In general it can be concluded that the use of boldenone inhibitory effect on adrenal tissue structure
