چکیده مقاله:

The process of nativization is due both to transfer from local language as well as to the new cultural environment and communicative needs (Saghal 1991:300). Because of deep social penetration and the extended range of functions of English in diverse sociolinguistic contexts there are several varieties, localized registers and genres for articulating local social, cultural and religious identities (Kachru 1997:69). Also, factors such as the absence of a native group, inadequate teaching and inquisitional limitations (e,g. lack of exposure and facilities, learning under compulsion) contribute to the process (Saghal 1991:300).The process of nativization is due both to transfer from local language as well as to the new cultural environment and communicative needs (Saghal 1991:300). As the enemy is sensitive about the Soft Power of the Islamic Republic of Iran therefore, concentrate its malicious efforts to target this aspect of the country's potentials. In order to be victorious in Soft War the cultural establishments should form the front line positions. Among them, educational institutions are of vital importance.Since learning the target language and cultural values associated with education are inevitably learners learn the target culture. Finally reaching consequences in identifying vulnerable. Finally, the role of teachers in dealing with political intentions behind the hegemonic state is brighter. On the other hand, so far as religion, morality, and politics are concerned, western government, if not western people, are often looked down in Iran. Our explicitly expressed worries about western cultural invasion accounts for such negative attitude. In this respect, We tend to have some defense and inhabitation in learning English along with its culture. We do so, partly, to prevent culture invasion.English in Iran has evolved characteristic features at the phonological, lexical, syntactic and even at discourse level
