The proper use of new technologies facilitates integration of language, content and culture and provides the students with novel chances to maintain autonomous learning. New findings suggest that technology supports different learning styles and the World Wide Web provides various up-to-date resources to independent learners (Variyani, 2005). The role of teacher's attitudes is of great significance presently, since it is the very principal factor that concentrates on shifting educational paradigm to a more learning-centered one. The ideology, attitude, and strategies of the teacher should be reformed in a way to integrate technologies, which dovetails their class contexts (Churchill, 2006). The integration of technology in language schedule should be well managed by instructors, which is achieved as the result of shifting their ideology and attitude toward technology integration in the class syllabus. Technology-enhanced syllabus will give the students the opportunity to take part in authentic tasks that will motivate them to participate heartily (Roman, 2005). We should take into account that technology is just a tool and having a creative instruction is depended on the way we integrate technology into classrooms. Therefore, teachers must first recognize technologies which best assist an especial skill. So far, they should study and change their views toward technology utilization. To our surprise, though as student teachers we are aware of the fact that technologies are so important and indispensible part of learning and teaching, we can notice that few of us integrate these technologies effectively, of course if not utilizing them at all. A qualified student teacher should realize the importance and impact of new technologies in language learning and teaching. With the gift of utilizing modern technologies, student teachers are able to help their students to take more responsibility in the learning process and try to implement a more learning centered paradigm. This study examined the impact of teachers' attitude or self-education with regard to technology integration on technology utilization to promote students' literacy skills in Shiraz language institutes. The findings of the study implied the importance of education and self-study in raising the teachers' technology awareness and in so doing motivating the student teachers to use literacy technologies in their classroom more effectively and appropriate to the context. However, teachers' positive attitude toward technology integration did not necessarily lead to literacy technologies utilization in classroom.
