چکیده مقاله:

To determine the relationship among yield and yield components, correlation analysis and understanding of the direct and indirect effects of various traits on yield grain under normal and terminal drought stress conditions, sex advanced barley lines(MB-87-10، MB-87-14، MB-87- 19،MBD-87-13،MBD-87-15،MBD-87-16 and two checks (Nosrat, and uosef) in the field of in the Agricultural and Natural Resource Station of kermanshah, using randomized complete blockdesign with three replications under normal and terminal drought stress conditions in 2011. Inthis study, grain yield per hectare and other characters as a trait associated plant height, flag leaflength, number grain per spike, days to heading, days to maturity and 1000 seed weight asindependent traits were considered. At the first, using stepwise regression to yield the most appropriate model was fitted. Then correlated traits were studied, and using path analysis, direct, indirect effects and percentages traits were evaluated. In normal conditions days to heeding(0.69), and plant height(0.201) had the highest positive direct effect in grain yield and days to maturity(-0.23), had the highest negative direct effect in grain yield, In terminal drought stress conditions days to maturity (0.54), days to heeding (0.33) and plant height(0.139) had the highestpositive direct effect in grain yield, had the highest negative direct effect in grain yield. According to these results, days to heeding, flag leaf length, and plant height, in normal conditions and days to maturity, days to heeding and plant height in terminal drought stress conditions can be used as a selection standard in breeding programs. Nusrat had the highest of yield (with an average yield of 65.52 kg ha) and MB-87-15 with an average yield of 46.47 kg per hectare had the lowest of yield.
