Evaluation of Managerial Mechanisms and Public Participation, and Its Role in the Success of Ab-baran Cooperatives: A Case Study of Jarghye Region of Isfahan

Today, straits related to dehydration, particularly in agriculture, are among the challenging issues in many countries of the world. The main objective of the present paper is to evaluate the managerial mechanisms and their role in the success of the Ab-baran cooperative is Jarghouye region. Field data needed in the research was collected through interviews along with researcher made questionnaires from 83 members of Ab-baran cooperative using cluster random sampling in this low water region. Generally, research findings indicate unremarkable success of cooperative.The results also show that the variables such as knowledge and understanding, training, participation, Management, economic factors, and social factors are the most important inter-organizational components, and cooperative relationship with local organizations and institutions was recognized as the most influential external factor on the cooperative's success.
