چکیده مقاله:

Water is essential for life. It is vital to every civilization and to any process of development. Water has occurred in the Holy Quran in over 50 Verses and 40 Suras, which emphasise the importance of regulatory water use, along with the conservation and rational exploitation of its resources. It is quite common to find both in the Quran and the Sunnah statements and teachings defining a correct use of water. Since religion still exerts a very big influence on society and because water plays an extremely pivotal role within Islam, awareness campaigns and water conservation programmes based on religious principles have proved very useful, beneficial and cost effective in different areas of the Muslim world. The aims of this papar were the Investigation of view Of Islam in the division and distribution of water and detection of relation between water and Islam. An aspect associated to water in the Quran is its purifying power. Several verses focus on the subject of purification and personal cleanliness. This investigation showed that the relation between water and Islam is very closely and religion can influence people’s awareness on water issues. This paper also describes the available water resources, growth in water demand and water management principles in Islam
