خلاصه مقاله:
It has long been known that the majority of aviation accidents and incidents result from less than optimum human performance, indicating that any advancement in this field can be expected to have a significant impact on the improvement of aviation safety. Recently, ICAO, EASA and some other aviation safety organizations around the world have emphasized on training the human Factors related concepts for all aviation personnel. According to the EASA regulations, all certifying staff in an approved maintenance organization must be trained in the Human Factors course defined in EASA Part-66 and its refresher courses every other year. This paper is a review of the basic and advanced concepts in human Factors according to the EASA requirements. Additionally recent results of researches on Human Factors related to the aviation maintenance field are considered.
