خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, we describe the finite-difference timedomain (FDTD) solution for lossy multiconductor transmission line (MTL) networks, which contain nonlinear lumped circuits in the junctions and incident plane waves. The primary advantage of the FDTD method over many existing methods is that nonlinear terminations may be readily incorporated into the algorithm and the analysis. Also the FDTD method may contain distributed source terms representing the coupling with an external field in the MTL equations. Here, the equations describing this system are modified by substituting nonlinear loads for linear ones containing incident field terms which can be used in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis. As a numerical example, the transient response of lossy transmission lines coupled with incident plane wave and terminated with diodes is presented.
