خلاصه مقاله:
this paper presents a novel method for lineof- sight (LOS) stabilization in submarine periscopes with respect to the disturbances fiom sea movements. Sea ~novernents cause unstable images taken by the periscope and gives altered information fiom sea stirface to the operator. To overcome this problenl, a stabilization method is required to generate three reference signals for servomotors to remove the unwanted motion incurred on the image sequences. Ule stabilization equa lions, proposed in tliis paper, niap the two-dimensional input space to the three-dimensional output space. nie input space consists of ~neasurable pitch and yarv move~nents of submarine, and the output space cor~sists of three refirence patlis. Simulation results showproper results for the proposed method.
