To investigate and propose a sympathetic restoration method with an acceptable seismic strengthening with the least possible alteration to the original structure for the long term maintenance of the historic fabric of Arge Bam. Of prime importance in any rebuilding plan is the consideration of those temporary structural measures necessary to be taken for the safety of people working on the site.
