The effects of synthesis parameters on the property of B-ZSM-5 zeolite membrane grown onto porous α-alumina supports were investigated. The synthesized zeolite membranes were characterized by XRD ptterns, SEM microgeaphs and single gas (N2) permeation. SEM micrographs and single gas permeation data indicated that high quality B-ZSM-5 zeolite membrane can be synthesized at higher reaction time and lower boron content (higher ratio of Si/B).
