خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, the reverse micelle system consists of Docusate sodium salt (AOT) / Isooctane was used for Erythromycin extraction. The effects of AOT, NaCl, initial antibiotic concentration and pH in forward extraction were studied using one factor at a time (OFAT) method. Optimum forward extraction efficiency depends on backward extraction results. The maximum forward extraction efficiency was 98.16% (w/w) in pH 10, NaCl concentration 0.25M, surfactant concentration 5mM and 2.5mM erythromycin concentration in the constant conditions of backward extraction
