خلاصه مقاله:
Monitoring and controlling the depth of anesthesia during a surgery is important, because over dosing and under dosing can be dangerous for the patients. The objective of this work is designing adaptive and non-adaptive predictive controllers for this purpose. Since, in this strategy estimated values of anesthesia process output are required, a model should be available in this regard. Therefore, a Wiener model has been considered and identified via least squares method. Through computer simulation performances of adaptive and non-adaptive controllers for set-point tracking and against model mismatch have been compared.
