Considering the importance of shock in the injuries due to war trauma and high prevelance of death as a result of bleeding, presenting adequate methods in order to reduce such injuries seems to be one of the most important subject in military medicine. Knowing that the brain cells damage can happen within four to six minutes and to skin and musclecells happen within three to six hours. Methods and material: in this study with reviewing medical and military journales and articles and in a descriptive study we tried to study new methods in controlling shock findings in nonsystemic war considering that such war is unequal there on coordination between attack and defence and weather condition and considereing that the war times is unclear, that’s why the methods and controlling and treating bleeding and preventing shock is of great importantnce. Specialy knowing the first aid basics and using simple available equipments even using the injured soldiers help to himself should be considered first and then more special methods like quick-clot, anti shock cloths, sensor cloths should be considered at the second degree of important. Conclusion and rexomendation: presenting unique protocol and education for the resquer for traumatic patient specialy in monsytemic war that the forces are independent and self sufficient should be in the first priority for the health authorities of the military forces.
