خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper base on the ideal forming theory a method for designing preform will be presented. Also it has been assumed that friction and external forces exist at boundaries and during the deformation the direction of principle strain and ratio of them remain constant. The last assumptions lead to the proportional loading during deformation. Derived formulation has been used for developing a FEM code to predict the perform shapes and size in one step. The developed program has been used for prediction of preform for some samples and the results show the capability of method. then comparison the results of simulation by experimental results.
