خلاصه مقاله:

The air cushion vehicle (ACV) or Hovercraft is the aerostatic marine vehicle. Hovercraft is a craft that sustains itself above the Surface by the generation of pressurized cushion of air[1]. It is capable of Hovering in this manner and various means of propulsion, gets underway to serve as a transportation vehicle[2]. Hovercraft in Iran have developed from prototype test in the 1987 to practical use as ferries. At present medium size hovercraft have manufactured in Iran and it seems there is suitable potential for this vehicle to employ in Persian Gulf and Iranian Islands.
