خلاصه مقاله:
Iron doped lead zirconium titanate (PZT) nanoparticles (NPs) with a general formula Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)1-xFexO3 near the morphotropic phase boundary have been synthesized by sol-gel method.The effect of calcination temperature have been studied by using characterization techniques like X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). From XRD, it indicates the presence of coexistence of tetragonal and rhombohedral structure for iron doped PZT-NPs. Using X-ray broadening;crystallite sizes and lattice strain on the peak broadening of samples were studied by using modified Scherrer equation and size-strain plot. Strain was calculated for the XRD peaks of all the samples using the size-strain plot method (SSP).
