Polyurethane (PU) foam and flame retardants (FR) composite apply widely in industry. In this work we have more concentrated on two well known solid halogen free fire retardants, expandable graphite (EG) and melamine with two grades of each one and compare their performance. The obtained results show that addition of these two FR affect significantly on reactivity and physical-mechanical properties.
