Nowadays finding job has become very difficult and sometimes impossible. Streets are crowded, full of people and cars but only few have decent jobs. This has recently involved all graduates in different majors, including agricultural engineers. There is an old saying that says: If we always do what we always did, we will always get what we always got. But why we keep doing things we have done for a long time without getting results we want? Where are our great abilities? Most people never discover their greatness because most people become satisfied. They stop growing, they stop learning, they stop developing, they stop challenging themselves and they stop stretching. The addiction to this mediocrity is more pervasive than any drug that we have in the market today. But if we look into our lives and identify an area that is achievable and do that, that will build up our confidence and we can do something that is a little bit more difficult, a little bit more challenging, and as we continue to do that, we will be able to develop the level of our consciousness through those experiences.
