The resistance calculation of high-speed catamaran crafts is important in the preliminary design. Every highspeed catamaran craft has the different types of resistance in the different conditions. In this paper the resistance different types of high-speed catamaran crafts are explained, as far as possible. Besides, the methods of reduction their resistance and some of effective parameters on the catamarans resistance are described too. For to be more clear the subject of resistance, here, some of models tested are used. Finally, the resistance of many catamarans obtained with the using of wrote methods in the paper.
