This report explaines our view on the shield wire and damper accident which occurred in Quheen area of ziaran-Tabriz 400kv line in winter. Damage due to big volum of ice formation found during our accident clearing work, vibration measure,ent done at site in winter, laboatory monitoring test in Japan and countermeasure are described in this report.
