A micro - machine based dynamic model of large turbine generator Which has the similar electromechanical and torsional oscillation itbn modes of a real set is described It uses an especially wound rotor, as such that has distributed field, damper and shadow windings for regulation of micro- machine transient and sub-transient time constant in direct and currature axes The developed system is used as versatile test bench for assessing the tubine-generator transient stability and damping of different oscillation modes.
