خلاصه مقاله:
Consumption of electricity in buildings is one of the problems which has negative effect on environmental. Although few of Man’s activities have zero environmental effect but a well building design can reduce such negative effect. All elements of buildings and any building types should be designed whenever possible to respond to the climate as priority and to provide delightful living conditions for occupants. Obviously the functions of buildings are basically the same everywhere: to provide shelter for a comfortable living and working environment and to avoid extreme weather; but the designs and processes for buildings in different climates are significantly different. This is a part of the relationship between humans and their environments whose physical elements, in a complex composition, consist of light, sound, climate and space. The suggestions on design in this paper aim to achieve comfort by means of passive approaches. The problems with current designs have prompted designers to rethink their designs, particularly because of an increasing awareness of sustainability. To conserve electricity energy and reduce Co2 emissions. It is important to design energy efficient buildings. However, this study addresses the effectiveness of a good Standard for electricity use according to human comfort. Due to experimental needs in this field, the researcher did use a place, just as a model, which is Ilam. There is no reason that these results could not be applied to other places.
