خلاصه مقاله:

Several attempts have been made to design a suitable controller for power electronics converters, but these designs either suffer from model inaccuracy or their inability to apply in both continuous and discontinuous current modes (CCM, DCM). This paper presents a novel switching scheme in the base of hybrid modeling and control of a buck converter as a benchmark of DC-DC converters, using a Mixed Logical Dynamical (MLD) methodology that is capable to globally control of the converter in both CCM and DCM operation modes. Also, all hard constraints in the physical plant such as maximum of currents and voltages limits in the inductors and capacitors, have been taken into account with the proposed algorithm that has the much importance in the practical applications. Different load and input voltage disturbances are simulated in MATLAB and results are presented to demonstrate the suitability of the controller. The transient and steady state performance of the closed loop control under wide operation point variations is found to be satisfactory.
