خلاصه مقاله:
This paper introduces a mathematical model to provide maximum coverage of health care services and minimize both direct and indirect distances. We assumed two facilities (clinic and hospital) and multi-transportation modes (ambulance and helicopter ambulance). We solve the particular case where: (۱) after evaluating patients' situation, they can either directly transfer to the clinic or hospital through an ambulance from demand areas or indirectly move to the helicopter pad (transfer point) by ambulance and then transferring them to the clinic or hospital, (۲) the demand areas are known, but the number of demand is uncertain, (۳) there is just one hospital with unlimited capacity, (۴) we find optimal locations of n clinical facilities with limited capacity and p transfer points. Finally, numerical examples are solved using GAMS software to examine validity and applicability
