The catalytic activity of a polymer nanocomposite was investigated. The amount of catalyst, temperature, time, amount of oxidant and solvent were optimized. ۰.۰۲۲ gr of this polymer composite for oxidation benzyl alcohol at ۸۰ œC within ۶h is the best amount of catalyst. The longevity, easy and practical recoverability of the solid catalyst was also confirmed for six times.
