CeO2 is a candidate material for variety of potential applications, for example, optical glass-polishing, petroleum-cracking catalyst, a gas sensor [4]. Ceria powder has been reported to be synthesized by different techniques including hydrothermal, precipitation, and combustion [1-3,6]. Among the available wet chemical processes, combustion technique is capable of producing ultrafine powders of oxide ceramics in a surprisingly short time with improved powder characteristics [1-3,6]. The combustion synthesis method are classified such as seen in fig.1
