Drought which has happened for last117 years in Azerbaijan is being studied and dry weather directory is being compiled in the carried out work. For this purpose, the two methods which are widespread in the world practice are analyzed in comparative way and the best one is used in our studies. Forms of relations between drought frequency and solar activity are studied.
