خلاصه مقاله:
This paper analyses the crosstalk effect in multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as chip interconnects. We simulated two coupled MWCNT bundle interconnects using the existing CNTcircuit models to investigate the induced crosstalk voltage. The crosstalk peak voltage values have been analytically estimatedexploiting our new RC compact model of MWCNT interconnect. The estimated values show good conformance with simulation results fordifferent technology nodes and different interconnect geometry parameters. Instead of time consuming simulation, our analyticalmodel can be used to quickly analyze the crosstalk effect on chip interconnect.
