خلاصه مقاله:
ZSM-5 zeolite was successfully synthesized in the present of TPAOH as an organic template by sol-gel method at 175 °C after stirring in the synthesis mixture with the molar composition of 46SiO2:Al2O3:5Na2O:2TPA:1.3Trien:2500H2O. X-ray diffraction results confirmed the formation of ZSM-5 crystal phase and scanning electron microscopy images showed a twin crystal structure for the synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite seeds. Also, the effects of crystallization time, calcination time and temperature were investigated on the crystallinity and morphology of the synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite. The obtained results showed that the first one has the most significant effect on the final product structure.
