The present paper attempts to provide comprehensive details concerning form and meaning in T.S Eliot's The Love Song of J.Alfred Prufrock . Typically Eliot has put himself under the New Critics which scrutinizes each work by its form and structure. Eliot as a New Critic uses literary forms to create poems based on autotelic method. The paper argues on both form and meaning in T.S Eliot 's The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock in order to find out which aspect of his work e.g. form or meaning ,is most noticeable and what makes his Prufrock famous. Thus the present paper attempts to explore the origin of his work's richness and eloquence. The last important matter that the present paper emphasizes is on meaning or content and how form and meaning move along each other. Prufrock is the best example to show that form by itself cannot be suffice to create literary masterpiece and we need meaning as a complementary element
