خلاصه مقاله:
Anodic oxidation of tin foils at low applied voltage (3V and 5V) in oxalic acid electrolyte was investigated. The effect of important parameters (time and voltage) has been studied on microstructure of the synthesized films. The prepared structures were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis. Anodization process at 3V in oxalic acid led to formation of SnC2O4 film and by increasing the anodization time, the cuboid nanostructure has been formed. Anodic oxidation process at 5V resulted in formation of porous nanostructure of tin oxide
