In the present work, the electrical performance of an integrated combined system of a photovoltaic thermal (PV/T) solar water heater was determined. Simulation for a day in winter for Sanandaj is conducted. Results of this study revealed that the electrical efficiency of proposed system with a mass flow rate of 0.04 kg/s was found to be 3.5%. Moreover, the maximum outlet temperature of collector was 48.3°C.
