خلاصه مقاله:
This paper analyzes the multi-criteria decision making process for organizational planning of human resources in construction projects. In this study, the data is collected through the descriptive questionnaire in the integrated form of FAHP and SWOT methods. The statistical population of this study covers all construction contractors in Grades A and B. The sample size is obtained equal to 384 according to the statistical population size through Morgan Table. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are ranked in the field of human resources development and training and each factor is investigated and its effect compared. The results indicate that for ranking the strengths, the managers' skills are put in the first priority and the employees' increased technical and professional skills due to training programs are put in the final priority. In ranking the weaknesses in the field of human resources training and development, the increased construction costs due to the labor incompetence are put in the first priority and the non-proportional organizational structure to strategic objectives is put in the last priority. For opportunities, the employees' performance evaluation and use of its results in refining their performance is put in the first priority and the rate of communication with research centers is put in the last priority, and eventually for ranking the threats, the lack of allocated budget and funds to projects is put in the first priority and finally the employees' lack of knowledge of organizational culture is put in the last priority.
