The main aim of this research is formulating and optimizing an acrylic based traffic coating. Our formulating and optimizing of traffic coating generally based on experimentally working and simulating to real environment.In this study, we matched our results based on an American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), so our optimizing section is based on varying paint components such as resin, pigment, filler and additives. Different physical and chemical tests such as No pick up time , adhesion, Taber abrasion, water resistance and etc carried out to understanding the behavior of paint.
