خلاصه مقاله:
Thermal shock is occurred when producing body thermal graph in top coat and primer ovens goes on the upper out of curing window zone. This shock is caused primarily by inadequate number of bodies in the oven and continuous or momentous line production stoppages when mass production passing of bodies through the ovens.Despite applying proactive actions like using Max Counter and logic control circuits, this problem is happening frequently and inevitably brought about by unforeseen events.It is impossible to simulate the thermal shock phenomenon in the paint shop oven's laboratory, because the paint shop production ovens are so complex in functionality and equipments. So we needed to a method of simulating the problem capable of preparing the thermal shock condition to investigate its effects on quality and aspect properties of the bodies passing throw the ovens practically.In this article we are going to describe in detail this practical method and its achievements.
