خلاصه مقاله:
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) causes inflammation of liver and in progressive cases it may lead to cirrhosis orhepatocellular carcinoma. Two famous HBV detection methods used as routine are ELISA and PCR. Nanotechnologyhas been widely used in many fields such as diagnostics and medicine. In this study, using carboxylated quantum dot asdonor fluorophore and Rhodamine b as acceptor we tried to bind to the DNA probes which were designed before to makethem labeled to hybridize to HBV DNA during FRET technique in the next step of the experiment.
