خلاصه مقاله:
User Center Design is a policy to develop an active system concentrate on usable systems for users specially. User Center Systems enable users to use and learn the new system easily. It will increase efficiency, performance and also decrease cost of training, learning and support of system. By the way User Center Design usage generates a system with high usability also decrease system failure risk. User Center Design concentrates on user activities, environment of users, active user presence in production of products considering users feedback and survey designing. As regards of usability test importance to increase quality of system in basic phases of designing systems, e-banking systems especially, we're going to check some well-known usability standards and apply on some ebanking products.
