NiFe alloy coatings were prepared by galvanostatic electrodeposition method on a copper substrate from solutions containing stress- relieving additives, under various deposition current densities. The surface morphology of the electrodeposited NiFe coatings was analyzed by a field emmision Scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The composition of coatings were determined by Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).The various coatings' elechtrochemical behavior was studied in 3.5 % Wt.NaCl solution in order to find the optimum condition of electrodeposition for the best corrosion behavior. Results indicated that 75Ni-25Fe coating synthesized under 250 A/m2 current density possessed high corrosion resistance.
