خلاصه مقاله:
An experimental study was carried out on the wake of cylinder that a plate behind it and with the end different angles of the terminal is installed. The Reynolds number is 50000. At the end of the plate, blades with height equal 0.25 times the diameter of the cylinder and with angles are 45, 90 and with 135 degrees from horizontal are installed and cylinder diameter is equal to the length of plate. The plate effects on the variation of drag coefficient, mean velocity profiles, reduced velocity and half with, turbulence intensity and Strouhal number is investigated. The results showed that the drag coefficient for cylinder with the plate, Regardless of the end angle, is smaller than isolated cylinder. The drag coefficient of cylinder with plate with end angle equal 45 is smallest.
