خلاصه مقاله:
In this project, a smart feeding strategy is described which is based on the requirements were investigated and the optimum feed rate slipped to the cell is guaranteed. This strategy is evaluated through cell voltage observation and the control of it is done by adjusting the Feeding rate. Satisfactory operation of cells in this type of feeding by the combination temporarily automatically feeding tracks setting by any boilers controller andadjusted manually by the human factor. A strategy discussed in here is used in the old Eral Co. in Arak which increases the flow efficiency, reduce the likelihood of boilers Mackie and even reduce energy consumption by limiting the frequency of anode effects.
